Honestly, the watches that have the longest wait are the Heritage Chronos in both the panda and reverse panda configuration as well as the BB Bronze as it is the boutique edition. I would say our wait list for FXD may take a few months to fulfill since we’re only receiving 2-4 . I just jumped on the waitlist for a Black Bay at my local AD and they told me they are pretty steadily getting all Tudor models in, they just don’t stick around long enough to keep them in stock. They assured me, it’s nothing compared to a Rolex wait. But I still haven’t heard anything so who knows. You will have to wait for models with high demands and in back orders such as BB54, Pelagos FXD, Pelagos 39, and certain colors and dial sizes of the BB36/39/41 line, but in general there does not seem to be any "game" by the AD or boutique. Tudor is at capacity with production since they're moving factories, expect deliveries to pick up in Q1/2 next year. But for now the supply has mostly dried up. Expect long waits at most ADs. Your best bet is putting your name down at a small AD .
The Pelagos LHD and standard blue you can buy pretty much anywhere - most ADs have at least one in the window at any given time I would say. The blue on the FXD is superior IMO and looks so good on the NATO - needless to say I am waiting for one!
